Positive Thoughts are Key to a Happier Life

Today, the power of thoughts is known to most people and many are changing their lifestyle by thinking positively, removing their fears which are known to be the signs of negativity. Everything is Energy, as it has been confirmed by many scientists through their research shows that not only external influences trigger physical changes in our body, but also all thought and a wider sense and sensations – influence the biochemical process in our organism. Thoughts are energies, which have an influence on the human beings body. Negative thoughts make a person ill where as positive thoughts make a person healthy.

The thoughts which are constructive, which are vivified by the sensations of selfless love: thoughts which have the goal of the well-being of our neighbor, without expecting any sort of praise, appreciation or reward from them- they are loving, kind and gentle thoughts. These thoughts provide peace to one’s mind of being selfless and not selfish. These types of thoughts are thoughts of peace and unity, thoughts of joy and inner happiness. By having positive thoughts, the positive energy flows selflessly from positive person to others and vice-versa, because we give and we love. Selfless loving thoughts are divine energy, because God is love and the one who loves is within God and God is within.

The thoughts which are destructive and ruinous, egoistic, full of jealousy, hatred, anger, fury, or aggression towards others are negative thoughts. Depression is also one of the consequences of negative thinking. Letting people down in front of others; high expectations, mistrust and ill-will give birth to negativity of mind and pessimistic thinking. Brooding over the poor past or worrying a lot for the future are other thoughts that hit the road for depression and frustration. Thoughts of anxiety – anxiety about one’s whole existence, fear of illness, suffering, misery or death, of not to be able to satisfy the demands of daily life, fear of losing one’s health as well as wealth or losing one’s partner or friends are a few examples of Negative thoughts..

There is a spiritual law which says that everything we send out comes back to us sooner or later – be it positive or negative. When there is a flow of Positive vibes and selfless thoughts, they will have an effect on receiver but will also return to the sender, and bring some positive results along. Sometimes, excessive failures in one’s life make a person so negative that he never overcomes his fears and becomes depressed for a reason such as unemployment, share market crash, or work stress. With every setback or failure, people also experience great opportunities. When one door closes, people tend to knock at other options and this is how the bag full of opportunities is introduced. If a person thinks about the thoughts of defeat, he is bound to feel defeated. His attitude is not determined by circumstances, but how he responds to those circumstances. His mind determined his attitude; he always has the choice to respond either positively or negatively.

A positive thought will pave a way towards a happier and prosperous life, bringing in new surprises, smiles and riches in routine life.
