we need to accept that in eastern culture women are forced to sacrifice themsleves, but nobody ask this from men. it is a must for women to ignore themselves for the sake of others.

I think too much spending on military both in Pakistan and India have had a bad effect in these 2 countries. suppose there wasn't huge military spending? the lives of hundreds of millions would have been better than it is now.

i can agree with this idea, it is sadly true to a good degree.

but why should someone marry another man/woman based on his/her salary? dont you think it is not a good question by itself? you cant go to a girl and ask her about her salaries and then propose.

i think you are talking about eastern women. but western women are not like this. why is it that only women should sacrifice? how about men? why dont they sacrifce? i see this as supresion of women rather than anything else.

You are right about the mentality of the public, but failings of rules of law to protect women is another issue that have put women in vulneralbe position.
