What flaws Indian judiciary system has? Should Panchayat Raj system be brought back? How the present law and order system can be improved?

hi friends, if the age of marriage of girls if raised from 18 to 21 and for boys from 21 to 23.. would be useful for girls? they may get time to go for career and also self effecient to earn if any case of unsatisfactory marriage... more education might increase chance of say in married life...
