Tamil Nadu is going to get a Wind Farm by the April of 2012 which would supply 50 MW of power Eco-friendly. The Wind Farm is going to be set up by the Suryachakra green power pvt Ltd in MoU with Winwind Power Energy Private Ltd (WPEPL). This is a more greener and cheaper way of producing power on large scale basis which is already being taken up by other countries to save the environment.
