Alibaug is a 300 years old beach town situated in the State of Maharashtra and is also known as ‘Shreebag’. This is a major beach destination of the state and falls on the Konkan region. The place also has historic importance. The beaches of Alibaug is mesmerizing and filled with coconut trees. Apart from the beaches, the town is also famous for historical monuments like forts, St. Barbara, ancient churches, synagogues etc.which lures the visitors.
