Ankleshwar is a major pilgrimage destination of Gujarat and it falls in the Bharuch District. The place is a prominent pilgrimage destination for Digambara sects of Jain as it features some shrines of both the religions. The place has emerged as one of the largest industrial township in Asia. Apart from the temples of being a prominent pilgrimage destination, the place also features Wildlife Sanctuary, which attracts a lot of tourists to the place. The Shoolpaneshwar Wildlife Sanctuary is well known from being an adobe of rare varieties of flora and fauna and this attracts the tourists from all over. The city is renowned for Shri Ankleshwar Tirth pilgrimage and the Chintamani Parsyanath Temple and four Digambar Jain Temples.
