Think of an army man standing at the border who prepared to sacrifice his life for welfare of each and every one of us leaving his family and friends .we sleep safely inside the country because our brothers are guarding us keeping themselves awakened .I salute the divine ones for their precious service .

This is been sent with aim that it will be a small contribution from my part for the development and welfare of my people, my leaders and my country. This is not to criticize the government. A way of expressing my views about the government policies and these policies being misused or haven’t reach people due to few selfish mediators. forgive me if I say anything wrong information I have provided and send me your views regarding these .I reach people and ask them about their views regarding the matters discussed below and also added my personal opinion in few areas .I am sorry if there is mistake in grammar and the way in which the thing has been conveyed.


How is the economy of the country? Even though the economic growth of the country is trying to near 6.7% (2008/2009) growth .how is the growth distributed? Is this even or is it only concentrating on the upper middle class and the high class? this is not to say that the government is not taking enough steps for the growth of low class.the government is taking a number of steps like granting education loans , providing the loans for the development in each and every field .the government is as far as possible taking care of its citizens.

Is the above schemes are really reaching the correct people at correct time to its full extent .Now the people are not focused .I want to review from the history .At the time of freedom the law makers made the laws based on their current problems they faced at the time of independence and with the scope of future. The laws are updated .but it needs improvement in areas like problems we are seeing below.

The rights like any one who is the citizen of India who has passed the qualification of minimum age limits can contest in the elections for the corresponding post, with few other options like he should be free from the criminal activities at that time…but what about his behavior and his scope of doing good to people .ya people are only electing them but even though due to some reasons like


1. They cannot differentiate between the good and the bad persons
2. They believe in the politicians false promises and vote them
3. Due to popularity in the public due to media
4. They vote the people who is announcing more offers( no matter how they fulfill them)

This list goes on

Sirs in our locality people are thinking that becoming an MLA or municipality representative is one of the money making job. With this mind there is a huge competition for these seats. Consider the case of sanctioning a contract to the contractor. Starting from higher official to the lower official, the contractors are giving a percentage of the total contract for sanctioning them contracts like building public schools, laying roads…


Even though to get a position of manager in the local company requires a certain degree of qualification like educational, attitude, aptitude ,managing skills ,his knowledge about the particular position he is handling. Before applying this job the person makes a detailed study of various techniques that will help him in his job in handling different situations.

Now take the case of politics .it is the simplest job to apply with minimum qualification. Think of the fact that even a small bodies manager needs this amount of qualification think of the representatives of public .they are going to service the public. Think of what should be the qualification they should posses. In today’s India contesting candidate’s qualifications is not enough. It doesn’t mean that the one who is possessing the highest education qualification should only be the one. There should be few tests to prove their skills that are required as basic qualification for the job. There should be a cutoff .only those who got the marks above the cutoff is allowed to contest in the election. Greater the cutoff greater will be the quality of politics




Advantages

This will only mean that we are having the right person to contest in the elections who has met certain basic qualifications
This will also make these people prepare for their job to handle different situations and help them to take effective decision based on the situations
Now a days people are losing their hope on politics .this method will make them believe in the politics for servicing the people
The quality of politics will be greatly improved and healthy competition prevails
Prevent ignorant person from politics


Another area that is requiring greater attention is the mind set of today’s Indians .Today’s media is the major cause for all these things .media is the one that is playing a greater role in the character of we Indians. Instead of encouraging our culture and tradition the medias are encouraging the western culture. the programs in these commercial medias made people think that the living a best life in this world means getting a job in a well reputed company well paid, that too sitting in an AC room and doing something with computers .owning a new modern car ,living in a big beautiful house. The people who are working as driver, who are working in the fields are thinking that they are inferior. They want their son to became one what they dreamt of .


Moreover even worse is in the case of movies that encourage false heroism in the mind of young ones. The young ones and teens feel that the hero is one who is fighting with his enormous super power ,disobeying the rules and escaping from the authority, getting in love with a beautiful lady … they are now not even can differentiate their true love and the attraction towards the beauty. On seeing a most beautiful lady, as they see in films, they think they are in love with the beautiful lady. The films are only spoiling the name of politics .they make the people think that politicians are always getting bribe and police supports them. They induce lust in the young minds .they convey more negative things to the public than what is reality for the sake of their popularity.


Now a days with this popularity these actors are contesting in election and are easily winning. In this way the public people cannot able to differentiate between the right and the wrong


Even though there is enough rights for media to broadcast whatever they like .if this continues this will surely increase the problems like

Migration of village people to towns

All people are educated and all of them want jobs for their qualification only
There will be no farmers ,no driver, no public service men
There will be only one community existing that is the community of educationist who will do works only to their qualification.
Surely all Medias films and the channels are not spoiling people .only those which are commercially well established and those which are aiming quick popularity are doing these

Consider a human .he has the right to do every thing he wants. Having this right he eats all kinds of things and now is having the problem of Blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar….

Now he is at the level of threshold .even now if he continues ,on seeing this if we did not stop him there is no way except his own destruction. In same way we are at the threshold if this continues surely it will lead to the destruction of society. we need to have a control in this.

Suggest these to media, if they won’t follow make this as rule

They should broadcast more programs supporting all community, sending positive message to all the community .please don’t convey that working for public services like driving, farming, milk supplies as inferior .try to show everything positive encouraging all.

Don’t advertise false heroism.

Encourage films having nice family story with culture ,make our young minds feel that our culture is better than any culture ,unity ,good relationships ,explaining good moral behaviors ,national pride, encouraging economic growth ,(At present this happens only at smaller extent).
This is the most important things .the young people of todays follow exactly what their hero’s are following. These hero’s should encourage good habits ,good moral values like avoiding pollution, planting trees, unity amoung different communities, encouraging clean environment as we see in foreign cities.

Immediately we cannot make all people aware of this. suppose in a film they are showing good environment like clean roads, planting trees ,avoiding bad habits, putting the dust in dust bin and showing in different angles the advantage of such an environment people will closely follow the same .this is the positive way of encouraging

Please those people, who want to make money, don’t choose media and politics as an option .only those who want to service people alone choose these. Because it is such a mind shaping instrument of the public.


We cannot modify the past but we are having the future in our hands .if past actions determine our present then ,surely future lies in our todays actions. so what could be the most suitable solution is we cannot change our country without getting co operation from our people .

Even though todays films are mostly emphasizing on our todays problems after seeing that people just simply forget them as they leave .i personally meet the common men of as many as possible for me of all ages. Even though the good things are shown in these films like don’t throw things on the walking roads ,put the waste in the dust bin.i found that nearly 70% of the people don’t follow these ,assuming that nobody is following it and with this assumption they don’t follow it .when I asked them about it they said that all the people are doing so ,what is the use of me ,a single person to throw the waste in the dust bin .i try to explain them that we each and individual people make up this entire community .but they were not satisfied. Unbelievably nearly more than 60% of the educated people too are not following this.

Set a date like 26th jan be the starting day of a new mission . Focus on a particular area say a district. Estimate the distribution of population in terms of the income they earn, how much are getting access to basic necessities ,education, employment, medical facilities etc. Try to estimate how much corruption is distributed and what is the mind set of the people in this regard. With an expert team find an solution. Then the next step is implementation. We cannot directly meet each and every one and tell individually.Direct films according to their regional languages with their native heros so that the things may reach the people soon about the things that are to be compulsorily followed by our citizens and the advantages of following these .These film should make a strong view in the minds of people about the challenges we are facing today, the things to be followed from that onwards towards our development of India 2020. (For example it should make the minds of the people think that all people are putting the waste on the dustbin .how dirty it would be if we(that means I , a single individual ) throw the waste outside)

This is not alone for throwing the waste on the waste on the dust bin but for every social problem we should motivate people in the positive way as much as possible to make the aware of these social challenges .because with this realization only we can get the co operation of the people .people should strongly feel that with this mission every thing will be okay if they follow their own duties. Motivating people to enthusiastically follow this is the success rate of this.


Another important area that needs importance is that nowadays political influence plays a major role. Opportunities should depend only on their talents and not just because of ministers son or relative “Every person is equal before law” seems to be only in words.

Justice should be met as soon as as possible .otherwise there we will be more trouble to the innocents and the wrong doers move freely in the country. The level or amount of punishment is not enough when compared to other countries .this should be increased so that wrong doers skip wrong doings fearing of punishments. There should be no mercy on the wrong doers .this will definitely reduce the crime rate of our country.


Another important thing regarding the politics is that

1. They should not make each and every issue as politics

2. They should make policies something more than announcing various schemes for public attention with a view of long term vision in the welfare of the country

3. The ruling parties should make sure that the policies that has been initiated by former government should function in an effective manner


To make the people to maintain good faith in the politics the justice should be met quickly .even though the number of steps had taken regarding this it is still insufficient due to the large increase in the crime rates .this will affect the innocents and the criminals move freely in the country .this will lead to lot of confusion



Education scheme

Regarding the education scheme the education policy of ours still requires improvement. Surely due to globalization there are few many employment opportunities, by this our ecosystem of our country will collapse.

.

Consider the case of Tamil Nadu .there are a number of engineering colleges and other arts and science colleges. Due to the rapid requirement in the software industry the number of people doing engineering in going on increasing rapidly. Now due to this rapid increase in the number of professionals coming out each year, not all of them are getting job. So there is an unemployment ,but there was demand for the people to work in farm fields and other areas .if the government has already limited the number that matches to the projected requirement for the employment in the field this problem may not rise. These things are on one side now there are a number of new engineering colleges budding now. What will the fate of the students who could not find a job only due to over growth in only one field. Surely these men will be financially and economically affected. These people will surely turn to illegal ways for their survival. So this needs immediate concern. By limiting the seats to the required amount we will give importance to each and every field and the problem of unemployment will bring down as much as possible. A good social ecosystem needs good combination of different fields
