Are Working Women More Capable of Handling Families?

Some argue that working women cannot handle families well because they are engrossed in work and are stressed out. Hence they cannot spend much time with their families. Whilst, some say that working class women can understand the needs and wants better of households and know better to handle the families. What is your say?

Everyone has their own perspective about things but in my view, women, whether working or home makers, both are equally capable of handling families. Women as a whole, irrespective of whether working or not are the ones who understand the needs of a family better so it will be wrong to say that working women are more capable of handling families.
