Beggars are everywhere in this metropolis be it traffic signal, peering into taxi windows, haggard and breaking into a sudden smile once coins are dropped in their hands. The best or worst part is that they earn Rs. 180 crores per year which is very difficult for a normal person to earn. Beggars are there everywhere but what need of the day is to remove beggary from the country completely.

The number of beggars are increasing everywhere in India. However, the largest number of slums are there in Mumbai and the it the adobe for most beggars in India. Begging in Mumbai have developed as an industry and they are seen mostly in the traffic signals. It is increasing as it is a easy way to earn money and these beggars seems to earn quite well daily.
