1. Har Ki Dun : this is apparently supposed to be the most easy trekking area that is why is most of the times crowded with people. The journey passes through the dense forests, glittering peaks, mountain streams and waterfalls. One can completing this trekking in approximate ten days.

2. Dodital : this is a very short trek of 30 kms begins from Uttarkashi. The whole trek journey is surrounded with rhododendrons and pines deodars. The water of the lakes has got medicinal features.

3. Pindai Glacier : this is considered to be the simplest and famous treks that introduce a person with incredible view of landscapes in the Kumaon region. This trek can be completed in around 8 days. Nandadevi and Nadakot peaks are the attractive features of the trek. The journey is full of views of flora and fauna and spectacular peaks fully covered with snow.

4. Valley of Flowers : those who are just the beginners in the Himalayas trekking then the trek to the holy lake of Hemkund and valley of flowers would a best choice.

5. Manali : Manali basically provides a range of good trekking spots. Among which manali- Beaskund and Naggar-Malan are the best treks. The Beaskund can be accomplished in just 5 days, particularly in the summer times.
