Bhadrachalam is a famous pilgrimage destination of South India and is situated in the Khammam District of Andhra Pradesh. The place is situated on the bank of River Godavari and is famous for the Sri Seetaramachandra Swamy Temple. The place can only be reached by boat and there is no other means of transportation to this holy place. The tales of the place are interlaced with the Indian epic Ramayana and this makes it a religious destination. Being a pilgrimage destination, the sightseeing spots are primarily religious, which include arnasala Village, Sabari, Sri Sitaramachandra Swamy Temple, Abhaya Anjaneya Temple, Bhadrachala Rama Temple, Jattayu Paaka, and Dummugudem.
