Biligiri Rangana Hills also known as BR-Hills is situated in the Yelandur Taluk of Chamarajanagar district of Karnataka. This is a protected tiger reserve and is famous for its wild life sanctuary. The place is rich in wild life, which includes elephants, sloth bears, bison, deer, porcupines, tigers, leopards, etc. It also has about 250 species of birds and these wild life attracts the tourists to this place. The place is inhabited by the Soliga tribal. It is an adventure destination of India.
