The cesarean births is witnessed to have escalated all over the world in recent times and India is no exception to it. The roar of it has put woman's health at risk everywhere in the world. The morbidity and mortality rates are to a great deal increased in such cases. Redundant C-sections are not only costlier but precarious as well.It has been reported that most hospitals in India that commonly employs C-sections is mainly for pecuniary gains. Even women because of fear of labor go for for C-section. It is also a risk to life for both the mother and the child. Women those go through cesarean needlessly it is more likely to be admitted to ICU than those who give birth normally. It is also observed that mostly the private hospitals preferably opt for C-section deliveries over the Government hospitals.

Cesarean births today, is observed to have increased especially in India. It is not advisable to under go C-section deliveries as it is a risk to life for both the mother and child. However, today hospitals uses C-section deliveries only for monetary gains. It has also increased the infant mortality rate as well as death during child birth.
