The look and the face of the modern woman has gone through a drastic transformation. She has now become more confident and ready to face all challenges that come accors her. As compared to ancient women there is a dramatic change in modern women. Women have adorned high offices in India that includes President, Prime Minister, Lwader of Opposition, Speaker of the Loksabha, etc. She is no less than men in any way and have reached to that level what all men can do. Women have shown a tremendous path of change from ancient times to the modern ones. Now, career has become the priority of every women followed by marriage and family. This prioritization of their career has actually given us numerous women leaders today. Today, she has taken a very firm stand in politics, education, social acts, economic, fashion etc. You cannot cite any field where women have not taken a stance. This transformation has given equality and parity in genders. This change has made them self-dependent and more confident to face the real life challenges. Dramas have been replaced by fight for right. So, in every way, this alteration has been in the favor of women and development.

Some of the good results are:-
. The women today are educated in the real sense so they make better parents.
.They are able to make better choices when it comes to their spouses. Domestic abuse is not tolerated.
. They are aware of their rights and duties. Not only are they aware of them but are also ready to speak up on the violation of their rights.
.They are able to financially support the family. This is a good thing also because the burden of earning bread and butter gets divided and diluted.
