It's a shame for AP being one of the fastest developing states in India stands 2nd in child labor. There are many welfare societies in Andhra Pradesh that takes care of these kids. A wealthy person who cannot fold their stomach buys these kids to take care of them but instead they harass kids with heavy works. This is most common reason of child labor that I find in Andhra Pradesh.
