CISF to be trained to counter threats against Nuclear Plants

Indian Government is taking security at its nuclear plants seriously. Recently Central Industrial Security Force and The Department of Atomic energy discussed plans of beefing up the security and coming up with new scenarios and counter measures. Also special training would be imparted to paramilitary forces to counter any terrorist threats. Do you think this will be enough to deter any terrorist plan ?

If the indian security forces and government are thinking to defeat the terror outfits with the existing technology of arms and ammunition, this would be a wrong thought. We need more advanced weaponry and armor so that we can defeat the terror outfits. Not only this, we need more tactical and strategical training of our troops to execute the operations successfully.
