According to government's statistics, most of the children who are out of school are disabled. The reason for this is that schools and societies do not accept them completely. Ironically, in the recent RTE act differently abled students were not included. Do they not deserve the right to education? Please share your views on this!

Obviously yes!, they do deserve. It's just that we tend to ignore them because we are so very much leaned into being normal. And since now that we know of the error, i think government can think of amending the act or add extra provisions to enable even the differently abled accessible to education.
