very useful information to the consumers who face troubles with some products. many of us do not know if there exists such a court which listens to the grievances of consumers and addresses them. i would appreciate if there are telephone numbers included too along with the postal address as not all officials respond to the queries or complaints of consumers
 
many of us are not aware of this useful information. we indians are usually of the attitude that.. does it matter to us in this huge population...?? we leave it to others to do things for us and the result is no one does anything though there are provisions enabled by the government to solve many issues. we should optimally make use of these customer courts
