Corbett National Park is the first National Park of India which was earlier a tiger reserve. It was started as the Haily National Park in the year 1936 and later the name was changed to Corbett National Park. The park harbors variety of animals like the sloth, tigers, gharial (endangered species), wild boar, chital, panthers and elephants.

The best time to visit the park would be between November to June.

The nearest place to access the park is Ramnagar, which is 19kms away from the park.
