These builders promise dream apartments in an ideal environment. However, people need to be extremely cautious about the specifications offered by the private builders.

This is really incorrect to say that the builders perfectly adhere to the promises they make. Yes, there are some builders, who strictly keep their promises but there are also many who doesn't.

Real estate market is on a boom today and we can see a rise in the prices every next day. Definitely greediness doesn't spare anyone easily.

So, keeping a promise becomes really tough. Whom should we blame?

as far as i have seen the builders none of them completely stick to their promises which they make. at the end they are successful in fooling the customers. these days there is lot of demand for the builders due to real estate boom and so people who are ignorant of the mischievous builders fall into their trap.

no. this is far from reality that builders fulfill all the promises made by them. i think laws and prosecution must be made more stringent against them. it is mostly because they are rich they escape the prosecution and make new customers scapegoats. people should take care of getting into hands of corrupt builders.
