Right to Information is an amazing tool given to the citizens of the nation to keep a check on the working of the Government and its various authorities. The Act has done wonders and helped people to get an answer to their questions against various government workings. I would like to know whether Sessions Court and other courts come under RTI?
 
Yes Sessions Court as well as every Court comes under the purview of the Right to Information Act. Judiciary being one of the pillars of Governance as it is the machinery that interprets law that is made by the legislative and thus it comes under RTI. People can use RTI to get any information pertaining to the working of the Sessions Court and other courts as well.
