Dumka is popularly known as Naga Dumka and is situated in the State of Jharkhand. It is a town enclosed by dense forest as well as some unexplored lands which attracts a lot of tourist to the place. The town is a popular pilgrimage destination and houses several temples. Baba Basukinath Dham is the main attraction of the town and the temples of the town are mainly dedicated to Lord Shiva. Mayurakshi River is a major river that flows through the town and attributes to the agriculture of the land.
