Effect of the economy on real estate investments

Hi Everyone,

Do you think it is a good idea to invest in property in India considering that the economy is shooting ahead? Would it bring good returns or is it a very high risk??
 
well i dont think so because indian economy is shooting ahead only in terms of numerical values. there is a huge conflict between the actual economy and hypothetical economy which includes the black money as white money. india though may become on the top, there would still be people dying of hunger and shelter, under such circumstances i dont see that real estate would do any further good
