Endosulfan Banned

India Finally agrees to ban Endosulfan after a UN sponsored ban on the insecticide that was causing so many health problems in villages where it was being used. India was the largest user and producer of Endosulfan. Many protests and marches had been carried out to stop its use, which now seem to have born fruit. Name a few more chemicals which should be banned to prevent hazards to health ?

Thats a new information, I have not heard before this fruit. Thanks for sharing the info with us. I was unaware about this before that something like this is banned.

Thank god Endosulfan is banned in India. endosulfan works as an anti depressant which made many Indians farmer’s effected to many mental disorder. Antidepressant is an secondary effect of endosulfun hence it has been used. People should be aware of using masks while using this kind of chemical. Many antidepressants have similar mode of action
