Extra coaching time in schools

This will be a noble decision on the part of the school authority. There are some schools where the teachers work on the weak students even after the school hours. The extra coaching time will help the students to work on their weak points. There are many shy students who cannot ask the problems in class but they can get help from the teachers in this coaching. The students will also get more suggestions and advices from the teachers of different subjects.

If school authority will take this decision that it will really good for students and they will need not to join extra classes.

there are both pros and cons on this part. i feel that extra coaching does help the weak student to come up as he/she is given extra attention but then student also becomes habituated of such extra classes and may get used to studying for such long hours for small stuff. this creates problems in higher studies where there is less time and more to study.
