How do you perceive US foreign policies ?

what are your view about the worlds strongest nation ? esp. about its foreign policies ?

This is imp. as the foreign policies of US bring global change.

Example of effect of US foreign policy-
US fostered Taliban during 1985-1990s and then tried to destroy it after 9/11. And look what is the state of world now.
