I agree that every woman has leadership quality inculcated within them. It is only a matter of realization of their strengths and potential to become a good leader. Women are more efficient and with a little focus, they can actually become good leaders. I agree that realizing the strength and potential is not enough, it is also important to use them in the right way and move in the right direction with the right approach.

They have the potential to become good leaders. They have the capability to motivate others and they are more understanding and capable of tackling issues in a better way. Very much true that every women has the capability of becoming a leader. It is due to lack of opportunities, encouragement and most importantly lack of self confidence that most of the women they cannot become a leader but by boosting their confidence and self realization of their capabilities, any women can become a good leader.
