There are conditions when you see that the particular authority is not working as per your expectations or have become corrupt then you can change the authority from its post given. You can change or remove the Supreme court judge easily. First a motion that seeks the removal of the judge should be presented either in the Lok Sabha or the Rajyasabha. Members of both houses must support the resolution in majority which should be 2/3rd majority of the members present at the time of voting.

A Judge of a Supreme Court retires at the age of 65 years but a judge can be removed from his post only by the process of impeachment. It is a formal process in which the Judge of the Supreme Court or any other court is accused of unlawful activity, the outcome of which may include the removal from office as well as can be awarded criminal or civil punishment. Under Article 145 of the Indian Constitution offers the proceedings of it.
