Idea Mobile Service is a venture of the Birla Group and offers GSM mobile services in India. It offers both postpaid and prepaid mobile service in India and is one of the most popular mobile networks. It has both 2G as well as 3G Technology . I have used Idea Mobile service for sometime but was dissatisfied with its services and opted to change to other service provider. The network coverage of Idea is very poor and the customer care service too is quite disappointing.

Do share your views and experience about Idea Mobile service.
 
Idea mobile service is one of the most pathetic mobile services in India. There is no doubt that it offers cheaper deals as compared to others but the network coverage is extremely poor and I agree with you that even the customer care service is bad. Idea offers both 2G and 3G service and I have used the 3G service, but I am totally disappointed with its service.
