Identity crisis issues are most commonly found in the Indian women these days. There are rapidly increasing insecurities and anxieties among the women to prove themselves in front of the world. Every woman has her own tale, she has many responsibilities on her shoulder, she has to look after her family and children. Somehow she has to create a balance in her life and during this struggle for a balance many of her aspirations and dreams which she wants to fulfill for herself, get faded off. And this is where the insecurities and anxiety begins to take place. She begins to feel inferior and hopeless about her life, she feels that nothing good can happen in her life. She starts underestimating her identity, thoughts and actions and tend to feel that nothing is going to change for her. She wants to grow and flourish in her life but her circumstances do not allow her to accomplish this wish hence instead of making some extra efforts she starts to compare herself with other women in her circle who are already working and seem to be quite satisfied at their end. Identity crisis in not a disease but it is surely a psychological issues that may act as a hindrance that ceases every scope for improvement in life. The woman has to think and act wisely in such situations. She must realize and introspects her talents and specialties. Raising the self-confidence and self appraisal is the only way to deal with such situations.
