indian marrige law is unfair, dowry laws are misused by women and their families. unscrupulous women to extort money and harass their husband’s entire extended family,wOw that many accused men, women and children are often abused, threatened, extorted and jailed without trial.we points out that male suicides are higher than that of females within marriage,my brother is incocent tea maker in one of the resturant in bangalore ,who he married ,she is really cruel women divorced & threatened & put him in a jaill & bringing many men to his home.please bring a right law to india

Well, everything has its pros and cons.. nothing is spared by the laws or even by the god.. So even if the India law of marriage is unfair it has many benefits as well..as far as dowery is concerned then its the job of the police top do complete enquiry and take step..
