According to the report of Standing Committee on Defense, 2012, Indian Navy is on its way to modernize its Air to Submarine Warfare, Airborne Maritime Surveillance and Defense abilities through Induction of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs),Shore-based Aircrafts, Integral Helos and Improve on Network centric Operations. We are not certain of when this would be achieved but then, this is really a great move from India to keep up its military might amidst the growing tensions between India and China, Pakistan.
