Food is the vital element for the lives of every individual on earth. Thus,One should take utmost care while preparing the food. It should make sure that the necessary micronutrients in food should not get damaged in the process of cooking. These nutrients are vital for human health.

In India,in the 19th century, people used to cook food in earthern pots/dishes . This kept the micronutrients in their food alive. As a result, they used to stay healthy throughout the day. Undoubtedly, even after facing a hectic schedule, they could manage to remain energetic and spend some quality time with their families. There was hardly any case when people have heard about a person suffering from a deadly disease at that time. This is because its micronutrients played strongly with the disease effected bacterias.

Apart from this, our body needs 18 vital micronutrients to remain energetic, like- Calcium,Magnesium,Sulphur,Iron,Silicon,Cobalt, Gypsum etc. We get these micronutrients from earth. Thus, when indians used to cook food in earthern pots/dishes then they earned these micronutrients automatically in their food.
