It is a very old belief that doing something without interest is in a way wasting one's time and energy. One cannot excel in something if he/she has not an interest in a particular task. It actually becomes an obligation at a time when something is done without an interest. Having interest in whatever one does is a foremost thing in order to pursue a task from a longer point of view. Majority of the youth today doing such things in which they do not have any/little interest. Most of them ignore their ture aspirations and tend to neglect their specialties in which they should experiment. Interest basically works as a stimulant, it encourages a person and keep him fully motivated all the times. It is like spark for the person to explore and try out the hidden potential in him/her. The youth of today need to quest for such of interest in the field in which they are working. They should be able to feel and realize the utmost interest else they should rather be ready to take bold steps of changing their directions of actions and work. If they truly want to do good in their fields and want to give their best shots then it is must to enjoy the work with enthusiasm and interest.
