Air India looks to be in trouble. Is the Maharaja going down? Once the epitome of luxury under JRD Tata, now the national career is showing abysmal performances and registering loss after loss ? Also many of its employees remain dissatisfied and disillusioned with its service. Compare these to the luxury services of Lufthansa and Fly Emirates. Our national carrier deserves a makeover. Don’t you agree ?

it really does need a make over .. i completely agree with you.. since it got into the hands of government it is pretty obvious that it would get sullen and gloomy. indian government cannot satisfy its servicemen with its meager salaries which it pays. moreover the services are lagging many aspects interms of international standards and this is why air indias reputation is deteriorating.

Air India has become a mess after it has been vested in the hands of Indian government. There are insufficient funds to purchase fuel for the air india flights which is causing trouble in providing non stop service to the people traveling. Moreover the pilots and other air India staff is not happy with the pay packages they are getting.
