Is enough being done to accommodate talented women in the workplace?

Women who are working faces several issues in their workplaces and they are most often looked down by their male counterparts despite of being more capable. Recently, many companies and firms have made policies to make the workplaces friendlier for women, especially in case of maternity and other such issues related to women. Nevertheless, despite of the endeavor taken by the companies and firms, it is still a challenge for a woman to become a noted part of the Corporate World. What do you think? Is enough being done to accommodate talented women in the workplace?

I agree that the Companies and firms are changing their policies for the benefit of women and to make the work place more friendlier. However, it has a long way to go as they are still not capable of providing the actually environment to accommodate talented women in the workplace. Change in the attitude and mindset of male counterparts in workplaces need to be changed to provide women with the best work environment.
