Good and Safe approach
In my opinion what we are currently doing in the given options is really very good and also equally a very safe approach.
Given the economic situation existing around the world, top of it too many health risks, I don't think we can anyway gain supremacy by waging a war and trying to get hold of things. Certainly we would win if in case the situation compels, but at the cost of loosing many other things mainly modern India infrastructure & development.
Do agree that history has proved war to be the best economy rejuvenate but then we would equally loose improving health and environment conditions around us.
In the current process,we are nicely making the world put pressure on neighbors and compel them to take action, if you notice this pressure of late has started to create cracks on their surface and there are internal sparks flying out as well making it evident about the success of the current process followed.
So by nature as Brother's are born earlier to younger sibling, they tend to certainly know more family values then younger ones and this ability makes them commanding by default, so it is in this case as well

Our mother land has been experiencing troubles created by Neighbour since partition 1947. India is a peace loving country and she wants to have good relationship with all the neighboring countries. It is very important to have good relationship with other countries. The unity with the other countries will enable India to prevent the terrorist attack, she will able to increase the export and import business with the neighboring countries. And among the other countries the position of India is far better and she sometimes acts like leader over the other countries.

india is a large nation with large population and rich cultural heritage to learn from. india is providing lots of export to neighboring nations and catering their needs. most of the trade and commerce takes place from india to the neighboring nations. india also provides support during any calamities which makes it like big brother to the neighbors.
india is indeed acting as elder brother to the neighbouring nations as apart from china all other nations are not so developed as india is. and so when it comes to trading, indian goods are preferentially exported to these surrounding countries. moreover india is a guide to these nations because it is in advanced state.
india is indeed acting as a good helper to the neighboring nations as many of them are under developed and need proper support. india is ahead of these nations, apart from china which is its competitor. and since all the nations around india have origins from the same time around, india does act as an elder brother to them
it is moral n social responsiblity of India that with its development it should also encourage it's neighbour to help in their development. as in case of bhutan india provuide 1/4 budget of Bhutan and also helps Nepal, Myanmar, Srilanka and Bangladesh in fighting against various causes and infrastructural development. if its like showing big brother attitude then definitely it is.
