Is it correct to include pak players in the IPL ?

as know we that Pakistan is the under the pressure of the terror , and if we see the last few months so we found that after some months pak surly come under the Taliban...

and the terror may also be want to create the problem during the IPL so is it correct to include Pak players in the IPL or not..
