A will or testament is a legal declaration by which a person, the testator, names one or more persons to manage his or her estate and provides for the transfer of his property at death. For the devolution of property not disposed of by will, see inheritance and intestacy. Making a will is not necessary under law and it depends on the will of a person. I would like to know if it is important to make a will? If yes then why is it important and who inherits the property who don’t have a will?

Although making of a will is not made important under the provisions of law but it is important if you are single and do not have anyone who can inherit your property. Anyone who dies single without a will, his or her property is taken over by the government so it is essential to make a will. If the person who has wife and children, the property is inherited by them and it is not important to make a will in such a case but it is extremely important for a person who does not have a family.
