Women empowerment is an indispensable process for the upliftment of the Indian women in a true sense. And this process seems quite a distant dream where we observe many loopholes in the way of realizing the plans and policies of the Indian administration. Various of plans and policies have been laid down for improving the conditions and for providing privileges and facilities for the Indian women but there has been inequalities and prejudices in the fair distribution of all those. Not all the Indian women are able to avail the opportunities and privileges meant for them. They still face a lack of economic security, poverty, discrimination, violence, crimes, lack of opportunities. There is a lot of corruption and maltreatment done to the women thus to me, the big dream of women empowerment still seems far away from reality. what are your views in this regard?
