Today’s women are aspiring and ambitious they are very well aware of their aspirations and working really hard to fulfil their dreams. But if we see this phenomenon in a broad scenario we would find that every day Indian working women have to face a constant struggle of maintaining a balance between their work and family. Sometimes it becomes really hard to fulfil the professional requirements while working from home and sometimes it seems that the family life is just messed up. And during these struggling routine women tend to feel exhausted and disappointed. Especially the women who work from home face most crucial situations which become really complicated to sort out sometimes.
There is a deliberate pressure of fulfilling the work deadlines and at the other hand they cannot even ignore the family particularly the kids. Handling the kid’s temperament and making them study is one another issue to focus upon. Women feel a lacking factor; is it the understanding of the spouse, cooperation of the kids or, support of the family? Something does lack somewhere that makes the women feel overtly tired. The Indian ideology has projected the women as the most sacrificing creatures and the ones who are supposed to make all adjustments, no matter how much she is tired she has to serve hot food in her husband’s plate, no matter how eagerly she wants to fulfil the deadline of her work, if the kids are asking for attention, mothers cannot escape the situation. And finally they have to make all the adjustments at their end only and have to convince own hearts. Do you agree with me?

I understand your feeling. 90% ladies are suffering from such conditions. I am also a working lady. I run a cooking website siting at my home. Most of the time I have to work for at least 8 hours. I am married and no kid. My husband is very - very supportive and helps a lot in my home works. Whatever you said is 100% correct but I want to tell you that we can change our lives just by conivncing and sharing our problem with our husbands and kids. I am sure that they will understand our problems after all they love us. We are a mother a wife how they will not support us? Yeah! It may take some time because since their childhood they are under the shadow of our Indian believes that lady should compromise not man.
