IT System Administrator
-Provide IT infrastructure recommendations based on company growth
-Design and implement IT processes and regulations to increase security and streamline processing of IT requests
-Act as point of contact and administrator for E-Mail, Firewall, Website, ISP and Avaya Phone technology and other hosting providers
-Implement, install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing and new capabilities of systems for Windows OS, MAC OS, VMware OS, Networking
-Maintain and improve network architectures including Domain servers, storage area networks, network switches, Sonic Wall/Firebox router appliance, VPN, etc
