Just look at the way, Dr. APJ Kalam has diplomatically put that we have a spineless PM in the form of Manmohan Singh now:

"About his experience with two prime ministers — Atal Behari Vajpayee and Manmohan Singh — Kalam said Vajpayee was a decision maker while Manmohan Singh has got the economic expertise."

May be in a diplomatic way but our ex-President APJ Abdul Kalam was right. During the time when Atal Behari Vajpayee was the Prime Minister, India progressed and this progress came to a halt when Manmohan Singh became the Prime Minister. His caliber as an economist cannot be denied but he has no decision making power that a Prime Minister should actually have. He is actually an indecisive PM that India has.
