Getting an MBA degree today, have become important and has most companies and businesses, even Government organization seek candidates having an MBA degree. The reason behind it is it enhances as well as develops leadership qualities, enhances networking and interpersonal skills, increases the competitive edge along with getting higher salaries. Blending of emerging economy like India with MBA can help in becoming business leaders which will have a great impact on Indian economy.

What are your views?
 
Companies today prefer hiring people having an MBA degree because they are well trained in the field of marketing or finance or other branches. Moreover, it enhances leadership qualities in an individual which proves beneficial for a company. A candidate having an MBA degree can help the government in taking decisions in the matter of economy and help in economic development of the nation.
