Mohania is a city of religious importance as it houses several temples and is situated in the Kaimur District of Bihar. The city is the transportation center of Kaimur district. The city is also the gateway to several other tourist destination of the state and Sati Mandir, Sahid Baba, Mahawir Swet Mandir and Sabji Mandi Mosque, as well as non-religious attractions like Jag Jeevan Maidan, Maharana Pratap Stadium, Durgawati River, Chandani Chowk, Mundeshwari Gate, Durga Paraw and Dak Bunglow are some of the tourist attractions of the city.
