DEFY+ is a sucessor of DEFY which was introduced by Motorola. However, DEFY+ is far better than the orginal DEFY. The phone has similar looks as the previous version and comes with IP67 certification. This certification proves that the phone is both dust resistant as well as water resistant. The phone comes with 3.7-inch Corning Gorilla Glass display. The DEFY+ has a 1GHz Cortex A8 processor and 512MB RAM. The phone has Social Networking integrated in it. It’s a quad band phone and has all the basic connectivity options covered. Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and EDR, Wi-Fi ‘n’, DLNA, and 3G HSDPA at 7.2 Mbps and HSUPA at 2 Mbps. GPS has been incorporated for the purpose of navigation and works quite well. The phone comes with a few pre-loaded apps that include Zinio and Car Dock. The phone comes with a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with a single LED flash. The phone functions quite fine and is priced at Rs. 19,490/-.
