Motorola Defy XT535 is newly launched Smartphone by Motorola. There is a little twist in terms of design and is much light weight and slimmer than the previous Defy versions. The phone is water resistant as well as dust resistant. The phone has a rough outer surface and the screen is made of Corning Gorilla Glass that protects the phone from rain. The phone comes with a 5MP camera and flash. Motorola Defy XT535 is much more better in comparison to the earlier phones. It is an Android phone that runs on runs on Gingerbread 2.3 and the phone is powered by 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC. The display screen is 3.7-inch with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixel. The Defy XT535 is a quad-band GSM phone with full support for 3G as well. It comes with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth with A2DP support, and USB 2.0. The phone comes with some pre-loaded apps such as DashBoard, FileBrowser, Lantern, Media See, MediaServer, NotePad, RingMode, Quickoffice Lite and RingMode. It has a 5MP camera but the picture quality is just average. The performance of the phone is quite average and is priced at Rs. 15000/-.
