Nasik is a major pilgrimage destination of India and is situated on the bank of river Godavari. The city is also know as the “Wine Capital of India". The city is a developing city of the State and is one of the major religious places of India as the city has many mythological tales related to it. Trimbakeshwar is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and this attracts a lot of pilgrims to the city of Nasik. The city also features historical sites and structures of the stone age and this makes it a popular tourist destination which magnetizes travelers from all over the World. Apart from the Trimbakeshwar temple, Panchvati, Ramkund, Kalaram Temple and Pandavleni caves are other sites that attracts the tourists.
