Undoubtedly, working women are among the busiest people, and the challenges become more crucial for them when it comes to balance their work and upbringing of their children. Every woman wants to give the best upbringing to her child and moreover she wants to see her child always healthy and staying fit. However a working woman also wishes for the same but sometimes they might be left with some major loopholes in their efforts. The major loopholes arise in the aspect of health of the child. And the health of the child is directly connected with the food he intakes. Since the working women have to leave for their work they hurriedly prepare the food for the family members, this food also comprised of the portion that the child carries to the school as his/her lunch. Now this meal should not be compromised at any cost, this is the earliest meal that the child will be having, hence a working mother should always prepare this meal very carefully, she should add and prepare meals which are rich in protein and fiber. Fruits should always be an essential part of this meal. However this meal might take little more time to prepare but still the mother should be ready to put these efforts for the sake of her child’s health. Many of the working women seem to be lazy in preparing the lunch box or tiffin for their children, they ask them to eat something from the school canteens or rather pack a Roti along with pickles which is surely not at all appreciable. Compromising with the child’s health would certainly result in the form of many deficiencies in the child, the child might be deficient in Vitamins, Calcium, Minerals, Proteins and many other kinds of deficiencies. Such deficiencies might arise with lethargy, restlessness, increased appetite, irritation and less concentration in the children.
