Ozar is a popular pilgrimage destination of Maharashtra and is well known for being an adobe of largest number of temples dedicated to Lord Ganesha. It is a small town situated in the Nasik District and Vigneshwara temple, which is the 7th amongst the eight Ashtavinayakas located in Maharashtra. The temple is situated at the bank of River Kukadi. Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated in Ozar with huge pomp and show and this attracts a lot of pilgrims from all over the nation.
